Tite Seal Pond Liner SeamPrime is a primer/surface conditioner and adhesive enhancer for aelf-adhering cover seam tapes, and self-adhearing membranes and underlayments. DO NOT USE ON PVC. Cold weather and less than ideal surface conditions can inhibit the adhesion of self-adhesive tapes and membranes. SeamPrime acts as an adhesion enhancer and activator for adhesives contained in these tapes and membranes.
